Skills:

Trained Marksman - has standard training in using the rifle, but thanks to shooting becoming somewhat of a hobby of his (as he knows Captain Kaze is a marksman), he is better at it than most Marines. After two years, his skill extended to using short firearms like pistols and artillery aswell.

Boxer - after spending two years with Captain Rain Donoji as his main sparring partner, Rory became very proficient in boxing.

Abilities:

Pain Tolerance - due to working on both his Armament Haki and mastering his Logia defenses, he suffered many painful hits of varying strength over the two years of training, making him more than slightly resistant to most kinds of pain.

Haki - over the two years spent in the G-5, the main Marine HQ in New World, Rory became accustomed with the concept of Haki and with training, he became proficient with two of the basic colors - Observation and Armament, making them both an important part of his fighting style.

Logia Powers - due to the Devil Fruit he consumed, he became a 'Flame human', able to turn his body into a mass of flames

Logia Defense - due to training with a more experienced Logia user and the harsh enviroment of the New World, Rory managed to reach the level where his Logia transformation became a reflex

Techniques:

Rising Sun Upper - an uppercut blow with flames blowing from the elbow as propulsion; as the arm straightens out, the propulsion causes Rory to rise and spin, delivering a devastating drilling blow.

Sunset Hook - hardening the fist to the point of it darkening, the propulsion is used for a powerful hooking blow.

Overbright Straight - a powerful straight punch accentuated with a point blank explosion of yellow flames.

Raymaker - a wild swing that sends a concentrated wave of flames in the direction of the punch, able to burn even through metal.

Sunny Day - gathering an enormous amount of fire in his hands, Rory creates a ball of flames of giant proportions, able to easily swallow up a small town.

Shigan: Scissors - his 'customized' version of Shigan utilizing two fingers, usually to jab at opponent's eyes. Its overall penetration power compared to normal Shigan is half as strong.
