Island of Tolle is one of the locations that lost protection after the death of Ben ''Old Man'' Donalds, the eldest Yonkou. Jean Beckett, the one to take over his position did not realize the intricacies of politics in areas controlled by his predecessor, which ended up with most of them escaping from his influence and becoming greatly sought territories. Tolle is a part of one of the most important trade routes near the Red Line - a fact that made it a target to multiple warring factions.

Where Is It Located?
Tolle Island is a place in the New World that takes host to one of the most monumental reputations within that part of the sea. Settled in the valley of a collection of mountain-appearing clusters, the crystalline waters of Tolle possess a safe haven for ships to dock at their stations and participate on the ever-going activities on the surface. It is a multitude of hilly bodies of land that congregate together into creating one seemingly curved structure of mass, with various heights giving it an impressionable view from both afar and upclose.

If I Were To Visit, What Would I See?
Each variation of the hilly cluster is specified into certain districts which hold onto the trading and robust locations of Tolle. Some of the more popular attractions of Tolle reside within the following districts.

Conversion District ~ Renaissance like structures form stable structured homes and havens to those who would like to bring their treasures in to the pawn owners and private bankers of Tolle Island. Bring in your gold, jewels, cloth, weaponry, and see how much Beri you could make from appraisal and pawn. Some will charge a million for a simple piece of treasure, while others will haggle you over a diamond for the lowest price available. If you're looking for someone to - ahem - wisely invest your money in as well, give a banker a shot. You may or may not regret it.
Construction District ~ These districts exist in multiple cones around the edges of the hilly clusters at the ports, where the best of the best Shipwrights set up shop here in order to trick out your ride - I mean - ship in any way you'd like it. Titanium metal? See rocket boosters you like? How about a good, ol' fashion toot toot? These self-employed 'artists' will put in the work for you, and it'll be good, quality work as well - so long as the money is right.
Consumer District ~ Ever wanted to know what it would be like to auction a piece of treasure for a Devil Fruit? How about trading in that pistol for a rumored deadly sword that has slayed more than a thousand mortal men? Anything can happen in this district, which resides moreso within the island of Tolle, and can be easily spotted by the amount of private merchants, auctioneers, blacksmiths, tailors, and pirate traders that consistently inhabit the large area. Hundreds of booths, shops, tents, and stands take homage here in becoming one of the largest - and currently illegal - Markets for anyone to shop through. But this is a place of wonders, because once you come in, you'll always leave with something in hand.
Carnal District ~ Every pirate loves a good time, and what better way to unwind than to invest in the beautiful, hard working women of Tolle Island as they deliver pleasure in various, copious ways to the masses. Like a good peep show? Want to see some theatre entertainment? Or perhaps you'd like a quiet meal and a night alone with a sweet companion? Located in the depths of Tolle Island and on the edge away from the ports, these districts are not that hard to spot if you're one to look. These are also, not-surprisingly, the best places for plotting and preparation of battle due to the women understanding the art of silence quite well.

What Is The Best Way To Conduct Business?
Be smart. Many of Tolle's merchants are pirate-bred, which means that they tend to trade for the best of their benefit, and not the benefit of the buyer. There are times where favors will be more valuable than any amount of Beri or Gold, so pirates are encouraged to deal in between each other in the best situational response for their own gain. The same principles apply for even the Carnal Districts, where the women refuse to show weakness and will conduct themselves with a violent edge if they feel as though their charge will try to trick their services. Have the right 'payment', and you may end up with twice the amount of weaponry/beri/information than what you've came for.

What Kind Of Shopping Should I Expect To Do?
All sorts of opportunity are on Tolle Island, which makes it a valuable asset to any sort of crew and individual traveler throughout the New World. There are various things one can expect to gain from dealings upon the island.
