The user becomes a 'Rubbing Human', and their hands become extremely coarse as if they were made of sandpaper. The main power of the fruit is that it allows the user to create friction in Absolutely huge amounts. Without even the need to move their hand they can simply place it upon a target and act as if they had been rubbing it at amazing speed. This effectively makes their hands like chainsaws, being able to rip away at anything they touch. The extent of friction can be changed by the user, but it is ultimately up to them and their creativity to make this fruit more powerful.
