Description
The user becomes a 'balance human' - their hands, and later, forearms change color - right becomes white and left becomes black. Whenever they touch anything without protective gloves, the object/person changes color to the one of the corresponding arm, granting the user various powers over them.

Powers

ability to change color of touched objects/people to white/black
the black hand can attract white object and repel black ones, the white hand can attract black ones and repel white
objects touched by the hand of opposite color are damaged; objects touched by the hand of same color are repaired/healed - the damage and healing amounts depending on strength of the user
when both hands are clapped together, they create an explosion of unidentified energy called chi, with very destructive nature

The user has barely any power over objects that aren't fully black/white
If they touch their hands together by accident, they can blow themselves up with chi
