The user that've eaten the fruit, gains special abilites using singing/music to give various emotions/boosts to people or even herself, can also increase the singers 'volume' in voice, making it louder than a usual voice, to increase the area of effect, if trained the user can decide which people are targeted with emotions/boosts.

Works better with an instrument
Wears off the user if used repeatedly.
Requires the ability to play an instrument.
Not really close-combat, but I wouldn't call it an weakness.
If not controlled properly can affect teammates aswell.
