Combat Specialist: Thanks to years of study and training Samael has an encyclopedic knowledge in hand-to-hand fighting styles; therefore understanding and analyzing opponents style of combat and flaws in the opponent's attack and defense. He can also use attacks that can automatically knock down the opponent or use the strength of the opponent to his favor. Samael has a vast knowledge of the body and their limitations, have an incredible perception of opponents and his surrounding areas using it to his advantage, and can copy or mix several types of martial arts and movements and understand how a special attack works in matter of minutes. This goes along with using various weapons in combat and using them with the most effective means be it blunt, edge, firearms, etc. This has been combined with his devil fruit to use the infant storage space in his body to consume weapon and draw them out when needed.

Pressure Point Intuition: Sam possesses immense knowledge of pressure points and nerve clusters, and can produce a variety of effects by striking said pressure points in just the right way, ranging from unconsciousness, paralysis, and even death. He often uses this to make bringing down opponents easier as his psychically isn't as strong as someone like his team mates.

Poneglyphs reading: Samael has the innate capability to read the strange graphs on Poneglyphs, he is rather good at this and sees them as holy relics to lead him to the gods. And originally the reason for him being drafted into the Cult.

A B I L I T I E S:
Got to keep moving:He is able to go from one motion to another effortlessly, effectively dodge attacks, swing from things easily, sprint, do back-flips and numerous other gymnastic, athletic and martial implements with little effort.

Do the Twist: He is able to bend and twist his body far beyond the normal limits of physiology, although still only from the joints. His joints, muscles, tendons and physiology in general is modified to allow Samael to perform near-boneless looking contortions without stress or damage and stay in any position he chooses as long as he needs without effort or strain.

I can ride my bike with no handle bars: Sam is unable to be knocked over, and if so can quickly regain his balance instantaneous. Glaringly achieving feats that utilize the facets of balance in unique ways, such as constantly moving without losing balance, hanging upside down and not getting dizzy, closing eyes and standing on a single finger, dodging objects with superior finesse, and incapable of being render by vertigo, nausea, disorientation, and the effects of weightlessness.

Can't touch this: He has  drastically enhanced his  reaction speed, allowing him to dodge bullets, catch flies in mid-air, dodge and maneuver around complex attacks, catch falling objects, block detriments and react instantaneously to what others take more time to react to. Nearly nothing gets past him and with the help of Haki it's almost impossible to strike him if the gods do not will it.

Never get tired!: Samael's body is highly resistant to the build-up of fatigue toxins in his blood, allowing him to be physically active for considerably longer periods of time than the average person. This sometimes can be annoying as he is always full of energy and hyper.

Kenbunshoku Haki: Samael has learned to use Kenbunshoku Haki, he has perfected this to the point he can sleep and read everything around him. He has used this to locate others [normally his team] and seems to have the ability to sense even the deepest "sins" of a person's heart. In combat he normally uses this to help avoid getting hit and defending himself as well as locate weak spots in an opponents defenses to disable them.

Busoshoku Haki: Samael can utilize Busoshoku to strengthen his strikes and harden the weapons he stores in his body to make his attack strike harder as well as prevent them from being broken from strong attacks. He is not as good with this as he is with Kenbunshoku, but he is still able to coat small parts of his body with Haki to defend himself.

Devil Fruit Abilities:

Bayou Slasher: Samael while fighting will protrude a bladed weapon out of his body as a hidden weapon to slash at a opponent with anything from swords to axes.

Swamp Gator: Samael forms a alligator mouth out of his swamp with teeth made from multiple bladed weapons to chomp down on a foe.

Swamp Bomber: Samael forms a mud-like ball that he hides a grenade often a fragmentation type to to stick to walls or ceilings to explode after a short time later. He also will place mines in these as well.

Bayou Huntin': Samael pulls out firearms from his body to shoot at his targets, often using things like a mini-gun, shotgun or a number of guns at once.

Voodoo Impact: Samael pulls out impact dials to form a armor or shield to take a physical blow for him, he will do this a number of times or just let GRONK punch them before hand. Once collecting enough energy he goes in to strike while sending an impact dial at the spot of a strike impact to release the collective force all at once causing massive damage while using his body to absorb the recoil of the impact dial to prevent harm to him.

Bayou Reversal: Samael is able  to "suck in" coming attacks or effects, nullifying them and releasing them later. He will absorb things like a cannon ball, bullets, or other projectiles before he releases them right back at his attackers without warning.

Swamp Lands: Samael slams his hand on the ground and spreads his swamp over a large area and, much like an actual bog/swamp, swallows up anything he chooses. This is often used to deal with large groups of people or large targets.

Bottomless Pit: Samael's body is a endless swamp that has consumed many things in it without hindering him, he often uses this to trap and absorb "sinners" and those who attack him. He often hides his devil fruits abilities till they make that first mistake of landing a strike on him which traps them in his body before fully consuming them to drown them in the abyss.

H I S T O R Y: Samael was born on Kuraigana Island, and was the eldest son of a blacksmith on the island. Samael started his training at a young age, while others went to teach their children how to talk his father taught him to use the weapons he forged. In fact Samael could not read, speak [outside of making noises] till he was ten. Samael's training was hell on earth as his body was pushed to the point of breaking multiple times by not just his father but by seven other weapon masters of the island to strengthen him. When Samael was ten years old his father entered him into a tournament to pit him up against pirates, marines and other marital artist from all across the world. The combatants was disgusted at Samael's father for putting his son into such a tournament, for many adults and experience fighters have gotten hurt during these fights. But that was short lived as Samael defeated one opponent after another by either disabling their bodies through pressure points or joint locks to take them out. And with his small size he out maneuvered the larger adults with ease. By the end of the tournament Samael was a favorite to win and was able to reach the final round vs a strange cloaked man, the two fought each other in a climatic battle, but in the end Samael was defeated and lost the tournament. After Samael was treated from the injuries he gotten from the man he went to look for his father but couldn't find him. He searched for hours but could find not even a hair of his father, upset he started to lose it and freak out till he ran into a man with a strange girl causing them to drop a book. Samael picked up the book and looked at it [no manners] and started to read the book out loud. The two was amazed at this and asked how he did it and he just said he just said what he seen. The two told Samael about the symbols and what they mean and that only those  chosen by Tethys could read these and that he was destined to join the Children of Tethys. Samael joined after being told that his father must of left him for losing the fight and that he now has a new family with the other members of the "Church".

Samael quickly was welcomed into the Cult and was put through the same ordeals as all new comers but cause of his upbringing this was mostly a cake walk in the park, as he's already used to living in the wilderness, fending for himself and thought it was cool to sail the seas in search for these holy symbols. Years went by and Samael rose through the Cult as a skilled researcher and a great fighter to defending the cause, as he would not stop in perfecting his art. Samael was able to reach priesthood at the age of twenty and had became very faithful to the order and it's cause to discover and revive the bodies of the three direct children of their primary god, Tethys [Pluton, Poseidon, and Uranus] so that they may inhabit them and destroy those unworthy of living in the new holy era. Samael still wonders from time to time wonders about his father and why leave him for losing one fight, unknown that his father had already been dead for years killed for his sins by the order. A year and a half ago Samael was gifted by a strange fruit by the profit, who said it was a gift from Tethys to make Samael stronger. Without a second thought Samael ate it all even with it tasting so bad as one does not reject a gift from the Great God. Soon Samael body started to act like it was melting which freaked him out at first but the profit told him he had just eaten a Devil Fruit and a Logia one at that. Samael spent the next year perfecting the Fruit's abilities to go with his unique fighting style. Samael has also spent a good amount of time absorbing multiple weapons and items into his bottomless swamp to use with his attacks.
