Description
Gives the user the ability to become the mythical quilin, a rare beast that punishes the wicked one. It allows the user to display an array of legendary powers associated with this holy creature and enter Full and Hybrid forms which can further hone them.

Powers

ability to become the mythical Quilin
improved physical power as all Zoan fruits
ability to conjure holy fire and lightning with comparable power to their respective Logia, but the damage they cause to living beings is limited/increased by the amount of bad deeds they performed
ability to walk on water or even air called the 'light step'
an aura of divine protection that completely halts attacks beneath certain power treshold

Weaknesses
Standard Devil Fruit weaknesses
The user cannot kill - if they do, they powers become completely inert for the duration of a week
The user cannot consume alcohol or meat - it makes the power become inactive or weakened for the duration of the day
